Two things:

2. If I review a book, I promise to provide you with my honest opinion. Occasionally, I receive an advanced readers copy, or “ARC,” which I will let you know within the blogpost if I received the book from a publisher or author. I have also, in the past, been paid for reviews, and some of the reviews on this blog were previously published elsewhere and I was paid to review those books. Payment does not impact my opinion, and if I don’t like a book, I will tell you.
