24 Frames of Mind

I need to re-frame. A lot. Often, re-framing is the only way I can move beyond a problem I am facing. Here are 24 things I say to myself when I need it. I say it to friends, and while some may laugh, it’s genuinely appreciated. I hope you find something to take from it.

  1. Prioritize what YOU want
  2. Volunteer more
  3. Frame Growth
  4. Be a good friend
  5. Live your values
  6. Follow your Arrow
  7. Live your best life
  8. Give yourself Grace
  9. Do what you like to do
  10. Make yourself happy
  11. Find the Good
  12. Explore more
  13. Define what is hurting
  14. Be Strong
  15. Don’t make excuses
  16. Reach out
  17. Draw from within
  18. Remember the past
  19. Embrace now
  20. Be Mehek
  21. Accept your faults
  22. Don’t Assign or Place Blame
  23. Stand up for yourself
  24. Love out Loud

I’m going to break some of these down over the next few months, and link them back in. In the meantime, what are some of your personal motto’s or sayings? Let me know in a comment below.

I’m blogging every day this August 2017 to celebrate my birthday! If you want to keep up to date on what I’m doing, you can follow me on twitter @MehekNaresh

  1. Love this! Some of mine include: done is better than perfect, live now, and be like rain (i.e. do what I was made to do).
