I need to re-frame. A lot. Often, re-framing is the only way I can move beyond a problem I am facing. Here are 24 things I say to myself when I need it. I say it to friends, and while some may laugh, it’s genuinely appreciated. I hope you find something to take from it.
- Prioritize what YOU want
- Volunteer more
- Frame Growth
- Be a good friend
- Live your values
- Follow your Arrow
- Live your best life
- Give yourself Grace
- Do what you like to do
- Make yourself happy
- Find the Good
- Explore more
- Define what is hurting
- Be Strong
- Don’t make excuses
- Reach out
- Draw from within
- Remember the past
- Embrace now
- Be Mehek
- Accept your faults
- Don’t Assign or Place Blame
- Stand up for yourself
- Love out Loud
I’m going to break some of these down over the next few months, and link them back in. In the meantime, what are some of your personal motto’s or sayings? Let me know in a comment below.
I’m blogging every day this August 2017 to celebrate my birthday! If you want to keep up to date on what I’m doing, you can follow me on twitter @MehekNaresh
Love this! Some of mine include: done is better than perfect, live now, and be like rain (i.e. do what I was made to do).
I love “Done is better than perfect.” That’s such a good thing to keep in mind for the draft of the novel I’m working on.
Definitely, I keep it in mind as I work on my books too. Helps a lot.
My favorite was no. 20. Looking forward to read your daily blogs!
Hopefully your #20 will reflect you and your character 🙂 We can only be ourselves
