Why am I doing what I’m doing? Why is anyone doing what they are doing? Before we tumble down the rabbit hole of existential crisis (which I fall down frequently, but that’s not the point), I want to talk about defining why I do what I do.
I need to re-frame. A lot. Often, re-framing is the only way I can move beyond a problem I am facing. Here are 24 things I say to myself when I need it. I say it to friends, and while some may laugh, it’s genuinely appreciated. I hope you find something to take from it.
WordPress recently reminded me that I started this blog in September of 2013, and I want to talk today about why I started this blog, for what purpose it continues to serve, and how I continue to push forward.
